Ginger and Spice Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. papper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine

Preparation

Step 1

combine first 6 in small bowl, stir well
rub chicken with spices
let stand 5 min.
coat large nonstick skillet with spray
place over med-high heat till hot
add chicken, cook 2 min. on each side until browned
add wine to skillet, cover,reduce to med-low,
cook 5 min. more until done (170)
spoon drippings over chicken
serve
