Crockpot Honey BBQ Beef

This dish is sweet and tangy. It is perfect served with a salad!

Ingredients

• 2 lb beef roast ( eye of round or blade roasts work well)
• 1 bottle bbq sauce ( your favourite )
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Spray crockpot with non stick spray. Add meat. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper if you desire. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred the meat with a fork. Serve on a bun.
