Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 c water
- 8-9 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 c grated cheddar
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 lbs ham cubed
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve cream of tartar in water and toss with sliced potatoes. Put 1/2 potat0es in crockpot, sprinkle with onion,1/2 c cheddar, seasoning and 1 can of soup
Repeat. Sprinkle with paprika
Cover and cook LO 8-10 hours or HI 4 hours
