Gorgonzola ravioli with walnut brown butter sauce

Ingredients

  • Gorgonzola or goat cheese ravioli 2 packages
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c pecans
  • 2 t fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c half and half
  • 1/4 c grated Parmesan
  • 4 slices bacon
  • Chopped onion

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté bacon and crumble
Sauté onions and set aside
Brown pecans and set aside
Melt stick of butter and let turn golden without stirring
Add pecans and parsley and onions and cream. Season with salt and pepper
Boil ravioli, drain and stir in to sauce. Sprinkle with blue cheese and Parmesan and bacon
