Ingredients
- Cream cheese icing:
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 2 C sugar
- 2 sticks butter softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 2 TBS orange extract
- 8 OZ cream cheese
- 1/2 stick soft butter
- 2 TBS orange zest
- 16 OZ powdered sugar
- 2 TBS fresh OJ
Preparation
Step 1
Beat all ingredients together, Put into 13X9 greased glass dish, Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. (May use lemon as well). Cool completely before icing.
