Sausage Dip

This can be made with various types of sausage, breakfast, chorizo, Italian, what ever your favorite is.

Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 16 oz can of Ro-tel tomatoes with chiles
- 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened and cubed
- Tortilla chips for dipping
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook sausage in skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. If using a link style sausage, remove from casing before cooking.
Add the can of tomatoes and chiles. Simmer mixture until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in cubes of cream cheese. Simmer until cheese just begins to melt. Pour mixture into a 9x9 pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.
