Ingredients
- 6-8 sweet pot. 1 T. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 4-6 T. butter
- 1 T. butter
- topping
- 1 cup crushed pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 stk. butter
Preparation
Step 1
Peel potatoes cut into chunks - boil until tender
Add 3 eggs 4-6 T. butter 1 T. vanilla mash pour into 9x13 pan greased
Bake 350 degrees for 30 min. covered
Mix topping:
1 c.crushed pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 stk. butter
spread on top of mash cooked potatoes
bake additional 15 min. uncovered
