Ingredients
- 6 medium chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup coarse-grain brown mustard
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Rinse chicken, pat dry and place in plastic bag set in shallow dish.
2. In bowl, combine lemon, mustard, sugar and oil.
3. Pour over chicken; seal bag.
4. Marinate in refrigerator 2 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
5. Drain chicken, reserving marinade.
6. Grill chicken on rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals 12 to 15 minutes or until tender and no longer pink.
7. Brush with marinade.
8. Bring remaining marinade to a boil, cover and boil 1 minute.
9. Pour over chicken.
