Ingredients
- 6 ears of corn
- 1/4 c sugar
- Finely diced onion
- Red pepper
- Chilies
- Jalapeno
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- Salt
- Mustard seed
- Black pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Tumeric
Preparation
Step 1
Blanch corn in boiling, salted water for 3 minutes. Remove corn from the cob.
Add the remaining ingredients together with corn and mix thoroughly.
