Ingredients
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, chopped
- 1 cup deli chicken salad
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 6 butterhead lettuce leaves
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 350, toast almond 5-7 min.
stir all but lettuce together in small bowl
if necessary cut off bottoms of leaves, making 6 in. long
spread 3 Tbs. mix on each down one side
roll and secure with 3 cocktail picks
gently sawing, cut each between picks making 3 pieces
