Spinach Salad with Strawberries

Ingredients

• Mix together the following for the dressing:
• 1 lb. fresh spinach, cleaned
• 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1/2 C. broken pecans, toasted
• 1/3 C. raspberry vinegar
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. dry mustard
• 1/2 C. vegetable oil
• 1/2 . C. sugar
• 1 tsp. poppy seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Add dressing, pecans and strawberries just before serving.
