Ingredients
- 1 TBSP dijon mustard
- 2 TBSP Cider vinegar
- 1/2 C Mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP White sugar
- 1/2 C flat leaf parsley (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic, (finely choppe) or grated
- salt & ground black pepper
- 1/2 larg head red cabbage, (thinly sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper, (seeded, thinly sliced)
- 2 stalks celery from the heart
- 4 scallions, (thinly sliced on a bias)
- 1 TBSP lemon juice

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mustard, vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, parsley and garlic. Season the dressing with salt and black pepper. Add veggies to bowl and toss to coat.
