Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 8 med. russet potatoes – boiled and cubed
• 1 c sliced celery
• 1/2 c chopped red onion
• 1 packet Hidden Valley ranch recipe salad dressing mix
• 1/2 c mayonnaise
• 1/4 c water

2.Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Chill
