Raspberry Taco Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 2 small cans black beans, drained
  • Lime juice (1/2 lime) over beans
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 8 oz. raspberry chipolte salsa
  • 4 oz. monterey jack or sharp cheese, shredded
  • Blue corn chips

Preparation

Step 1

Grease dish. Layer ingredients in order listed except for chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve with chips.
