Brunch: Apple No-Crisp (1 of my new favorite snacks!)

Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS - RECIPE MAKES 1 SERVING
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 apple, sliced or diced
  • Pinch of stevia
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
