Spinach-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg. ( 120 g ) Stove Top Stuffing Mix For Chicken
  • 1 C. Hot Water
  • 30 Fresh Mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. Non-Hydrogenated Margarine
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 Pkg. ( 300 g ) Frozen, Chopped Spinach, thawed & well drained
  • 3/4 C. Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
  • 3/4 C. Parmesan Grated Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Mix stuffing mix & water. Remove mushroom stems; chop stems. Melt margarine in skillet. Add stems & garlic; cook & stir till tender. Add to stuffing with spinach & cheeses; mix well. Spoon into mushroom caps. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake 20 min. or till tender.
