Ingredients
- 4 6oz tuna steaks
- 4 teaspoons sunflower or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons pink, green and black peppercorns coarsly crushed
Preparation
Step 1
Brush tuna steaks with the oil and spinkle with salt. Coat tuna with crushed peppercorns. Meanwhile, heat a ridged grill pan or skillet and when hot, add the fish and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
