Thyme-Garlic Roasted Asparagus

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 deg.

Spread garlic in an 11x17" baking dish coated with cooking spray. Arrange asparagus in an even layer over garlic; drizzle with oil. Combine thyme and salt; sprinkle evenly over asparagus.

Bake at 400 deg for 15 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender, turning once.
