Ingredients
- 2 c pineapple, blended
- 2 habanero
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 2 c sugar
- 1 T butter
- 4 oz liquid pectin
Preparation
Step 1
Place all but pectin in pan, bring to boil. Boil 20 min, add pectin, boil 10 more min. Let stand 5 min. Pour into jars, cover, process 10 min, cool.
