Kobe Beef

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes, cut in chunks
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, in strips
  • 16 oz. sirloin, cubed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • MSG
  • soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Spray bottom of frying pan with non-stick spray. Cover bottom again with enough oil to cook potatoes. When almost cooked through add onion and green pepper. Ten minutes before ready to serve add cubed steak and seasonings. When steak is almost cooked through add soy sauce on the steak only. Toss to coat. Serve with Egg Fried Rice.
