Easy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • Works best in a 10" pie plate with single crust.
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree or any winter squash
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 2/3 cups heavy cream or 1 can of evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together for 3 minutes on medium speed.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425 F for 15 min., then at 350 F for 30 min. or until inserted knife comes out clean.
