  • 3 CUP HEINZ KETCHUP
  • 18 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 12 TBSP BUTTER
  • 9 TBSP DISTILLED WHITE VINEGAR
  • 3 TBSP PREPARED MUSTARD
  • 9 TBSP YELLOW ONIONS FINELY MINCED
  • 12 TSP HICKORY SMOKE
  • 3/4 TSP TABASCO SAUCE
  • 1 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 3 TBSP GRANULATED SUGAR
  • 3 TSP SALT
  • 3 TBSP GROUND MUSTARD
  • YIELDS 2 CUPS

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN SAUCE PAN AND MIX WELL, SIMMER OVER LOW HEAT FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES STIRRING OCCASIONALLY
