Ingredients
- Baked Fish Fillets in Foil Parcels
- Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets, about 170g each (sea bass, flounder, sole, tilapia, red snapper or any others)
- 30 g fresh ginger root, shredded
- 2 large green onions, thinly shredded
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- Seasoning
- 2 tbsp light soya sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish
- A bunch of chopped fresh parsley and some chili curls
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mk 4, and prepare 4 pieces of foil, each large enough to enclose 1 piece of fish fillet. Place each fillet in the centre of each of the prepared foil, and make sure to oil the side where you are placing the fish.
2. In a bowl, combine all seasonings together. Fold up the sides of the foil parcels. Divide 1 quarter of the mixture and ingredients over each fish, and then seal up the foil parcels tightly.
3. Place the foil parcels nicely spread on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Garnish and serve!
