Ingredients

  • 8 oz. linguine
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups roasted sweet peppers
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 oz drained ripe olives
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook linguine according to package directions, drain. Cook spinach, peppers, garlic in olive oil until spinach is wilted. Toss with ripe olives, salt & pepper.
