Ingredients
- 8 oz. linguine
- 4 cups spinach
- 1 1/2 cups roasted sweet peppers
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 6 oz drained ripe olives
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook linguine according to package directions, drain. Cook spinach, peppers, garlic in olive oil until spinach is wilted. Toss with ripe olives, salt & pepper.
