Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon diced
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 stalks sliced
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1 L half and half
  • 4 - 6 medium potatoes (1/2") cubes
  • 2 cans cream of celery
  • 2 T parsley flakes
  • 1 T worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t seasoning salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1 c diced carrots
  • 1 can cream of corn

Preparation

Step 1

fry bacon, onion and celery. Add flour mixed with half and half gradually to make sauce. Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a slow boil and then let simmer 1/2 hour
