Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs of potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 Tbsp chicken base
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup margarine,melted
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in baking dish. Add chicken base, seasoned salt, pepper, oregano and lemon juice. Toss and add margarine and bake at 450 for 1 hour turning occasionally.
