GRAPE SALAD ( Rose Tite Simmons )

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 2 pounds red seedless grapes
  • 2 ) 2 pounds green seedless grapes
  • 3 ) 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ) 1 large cool whip
  • 5 ) 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 ) 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 7 ) 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Remove stems from all grapes & wash. Pat dry and cut grapes in halve. Set aside. Mix cream cheese, cool whip, and vanilla by hand until blended. Stir grapes into mixture, and pour in large serving bowl. For topping: Combine brown sugar, and chopped pecans. Sprinkle over top of grapes to cover completely. Chill overnight.
