Ingredients
- 2 lb. potatoes
- 3 c. whipped cream
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 400. Layer potatoes in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Stir together cream and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Pour cream potatoes over potates. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese bake at 15 to 20 minutes until smooth bubbly and golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes on a wire rack
