Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Cranberry Sauce
- 4 Cups of romain lettuce
- 2 Cups of Turkey (4 cans)
- 1 Can of pears
- Souffle cup
Preparation
Step 1
In medium blow, combine mayonnaise and cranberry sauce and set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine romaine lettuce and turkey.
Toss lettuce mixture with mayonaisse mixture - mix thoroughly.
Open can of pears, and pull out one pear half. On cutting board, slice pear in half long ways and cut each half into 6 pieces - so each pear should yield 12 pieces. Leave the remaining pears in the can until ready to use.
Using tongs, scoop out sample (3-4 pieces of lettuce mixture; being sure to include a piece of meat, and place into souflle cup. Top with one piece of pear.
