Ingredients
- Makes 24
- 2 – 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened.
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 24 vanilla wafers
- 1 – 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Line small muffin pans with paper bake cups
Place vanilla wafer at bottom of each.
Fill cups 2/3 full with mixture.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, until set.
Top with cherry filling and cool.
