– 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened.
tbs. lemon juice
– 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy. Line small muffin pans with paper bake cups Place vanilla wafer at bottom of each. Fill cups 2/3 full with mixture. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, until set. Top with cherry filling and cool.
