Ingredients
- 1 ) 2 pounds pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed) Edit Delete
- 2 ) 1/2 teaspoon salt Edit Delete
- 3 ) 1/2 teaspoon pepper Edit Delete
- 4 ) 1 cup chopped onion Edit Delete
- 5 ) 1 cup chopped green pepper Edit Delete
- 6 ) 1 can cream of chicken soup Edit Delete
- 7 ) 1 pint sour cream Edit Delete
- 8 ) 10 ounces pkg. cheddar cheese (shredded) Edit Delete
- 9 ) 2 cups corn flakes (crushed) Edit Delete
- 10 ) 1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Grease a 9x13 dish. In a bowl mix all ingredients - except corn flakes and butter. Pour into 9x13 dish. Sprinkle flakes on top. Drizzle melted butter over the flakes. Bake at 325 for 1 hour - uncovered.
