Ingredients
- 8 Boneless pork chops
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter over medium heat
Season chops with salt and pepper
Pan fry 2 minutes on each side to brown (longer if needed)
Pour in wine, continue cooking 6 minutes.
Remove chops from pan
Pour cream into skillet
Add mushrooms increase heat to High, cook 5 minutes
stirring frequently
Return chops to pan to warm
Serve over rice or noodles.
