Ingredients
- 1 pkg (12 oz) fettucine, uncooked
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1-1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; gradually stir in cheese. Add cream until well blended. Continue heating sauce, stirring constantly, just to boil.
3. Remove from heat; stir in parsley. Toss hot pasta with sauce.
