- 1 1/2 LB FRESH GREEN BEANS
- 3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 3 LARGE SHALLOTS
- 6 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP WATER

Step 1
PLACE BEANS IN CROCK POT, ADD IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS OVER GREEN BEANS
COVER AND COOK ON HIGH 6 TO 8 HOUR TILL TENDER
