Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup 1% buttermilk
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 can (8oz) unsweetened crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
For thicker, dense smoothie, add an extra handful of frozen fruit, crushed ice, frozen yogurt or sorbet. If you prefer a thinner smoothie add more liquids.
