Orange Chicken Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bonelss skinless chicken breadt cut into strips
  • 1/4 C Asian toasted sesame dressing (Kraft)
  • 1/4 C OJ (use concentrate)
  • 3 C frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 3 C cookrd rice
  • 1/4 C chopped nuts
  • Sesame oil if desired

Preparation

Step 1

- Heat non stick skillet to medium high; add chicken and stir fry until done - 5-7 min
- Stir in dressing and juice; bring to boil; add veggies (and a little water if necesary) and cook 5-7 min till heated, stirring constntly; may flavor with additional sesame oil if desired
- Serve over rice; sprinkle with nuts
