Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 lb.)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. plus 1-1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. plus 1-1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1-1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 kaiser rolls, split
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the tenderloin in half; place in a 3-qt. slow cooker. Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper; pour over pork.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours (might be too long depending on your cooker) or until meat is tender. Remove meat, shred with two forks. Return to the slow cooker; heat through. Serve on rolls.
