Pan Seared Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 TBS HH oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs 21/25 shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat 1 TBS oil in 12 inch skillet over high heat til smoking. Toss shrimp, sale, pepper and sugar in med bowl, add half of shrimp in single layer and cook til spotty brown 1 minute. Remove pan from heat, flip and let stand 30 seconds.

Repeat with 2d batch, return first batch to skillet and toss to combine ,Cover 1-2 minutes.
