  • 1 pound lean ground turkey 1 tablespoon chili powder 2 cups black beans (For Cycles 2 and 3 only) 1 teaspoon Kosher salt 1 cup chopped onion Y2 teaspoon black pepper 2 cups tomato sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan, brown the ground turkey over moderate heat. Add the remain· der of the ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
