Ingredients
- 2 sliced sweet onions
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 water
- salt & pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Toss 2 sliced sweet onions with 3 tbsp Worchestershire sauce, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup water and salt & pepper in a baking dish.
Cover; roast @ 425 degrees until tender; 25 minutes.
Toss 1 cup croutons & 1/2 cup grated gruyere with some parsley, olive oil, salt & pepper; sprinkle over the onions and bake 5 more minutes.
