Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound stew beef
- 1 1/2 pork cubes
- 2 C chopped onion
- 3 chopped green peppers
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1-2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon Worcestshire sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 +teaspoon Hungarian paprika
Preparation
Step 1
If using crock pot, put all ingredients into 3 1/2-5 quart slow cooker and cook for 8 to 8 1/2 hours on high. Shred meat as possible with spoons or later with wire whisk.
To cook on top of range use 6 quart Dutch oven: prepare as above but add 1 cup water; simmer 3 hours.
