Ingredients
- 1/2 c chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 T brown sugar
- 1 1/2 minced fresh ginger
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 T dark sesame oil
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 # ground beef
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 8 ingredients. Divide into burgers. Grill. Top with Asian Peanut Slaw.
