PEACH CAKE ( Julie Unterbrink)

Ingredients

  • . CAKE:
  • 1 ) 1 peach or white cake mix
  • 2 ) 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 ) 1 can peach pie filling
  • 4 ) 2 eggs
  • Mix all ingredients together with a fork. Pour in ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool.

2. TOPPING:

1) 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2) 3 ounces instant vanilla pudding
3) 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
4) 1 (8 oz.) cool whip


Mix and then fold in 1 (8 oz.) cool whip.
