Ingredients
- refrigerated pie crusts
- 10 oz. jar lemon curd
- 8 oz. Greek yogurt
- Berries
Preparation
Step 1
Cut out rounds of refrigerated piecrust.
Place in mini muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees until golden. Cool.
Whisk half a 10 oz.jar lemon curd into 8 oz. Greek yogurt; spoon into pie shells and top with berries.
