Ingredients

  • refrigerated pie crusts

  • 10 oz. jar lemon curd

  • 8

    oz. Greek yogurt

  • Berries

Directions

Cut out rounds of refrigerated piecrust. Place in mini muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees until golden. Cool. Whisk half a 10 oz.jar lemon curd into 8 oz. Greek yogurt; spoon into pie shells and top with berries.
