Ingredients
- 2 T Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 t Honey
- 1/2 t Dijon mustard
- 1/4 t Salt
- 1/8 t Pepper
- 1/4 C Canola oil
- 4-5 pcs. Bacon, fried and crumbled
- 15 oz. Beets, cooked, chopped and chilled
- 13 oz. Pears, diced (or use 1 fresh pear)
- 3 oz. Goat Cheese
- 1/4 C Sugared walnuts
- Salad greens
Preparation
Step 1
1.Combine vinegar honey, Dijon, salt and pepper. Whisk in oil to make dressing.
2.Mix 1 T dressing with beets. Toss remaining dressing with salad greens.
3.Divide salad greens among 6 plates. Top with bacon, pear, cheese, walnuts and last, beets
