Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen hash browns
- 200 ml. sour cream
- 2 tins cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- grated onion
- salt to taste
- 2 cups grated cheese
- parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw has browns slightly. Mix hash browns,sour cream,soup, butter, onion and salt. Put in 9x13 baking dish. Spread grated cheese over and sprinkle parmesan cheese over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
