- 1/2 CUP BUTTER
- 3 TBSP OLIVIE OIL
- 1 LARGE ONION CHOMPED
- 3 CLOVES GARLIC CHOPPED
- 1 LBS GROUND BEEF
- 1 LBS MILD SAUSAGE
- 4 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING
- 2 TSP SALT
- 2 TSP ROSEMARY
- 1 1/2 TSP OREGANO
- 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
- 76 OZ WATER
- 29 OZ TOMATO PUREE
- 18 OZ TOMATO PASTE
Preparation
Step 1
HEAT BUTTER, OLIVE OIL, GARLIC, AND ONION
IN LARGE SAUCE PAN, ADD IN BEEF AND
SAUSAGE, BROWN THEN AD IN DRY
SEASONINGS MIX WELL. ADD IN LIQUIDS
MIX WELL LET SIMMER 3 TO 4 HOURS
