Ingredients
- 1 Egg, hardcooked, diced
- 1/3 C Onion, minced
- 3 pcs. Bacon, fried and crumbled, reserve drippings
- 3 T Sugar
- 1/4 C Vinegar
- 1 Head of Lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
1.In warm bacon drippings, stir in sugar and vinegar. Cook slightly until very hot.
2.In a large bowl, immediately pour hot dressing over torn lettuce.
3.Sprinkle with egg, onion, and bacon. Toss gently, serve immediately.
